제주형 교육위원회 제도 설계·운영을 위한 공통 기준 모색
제주특별자치도의회의 교육의원 및 교육위원회 제도는 2026년 6월 3 0일까지 시행되는 것으로 규정되어 있다.
따라서 제13대 제주특별자치도 의회 출범 이후에는 상임위원회 구성과 운영 방식이 달라지고, 교육 분야를 담당하는 위원회의 전문성 확보 방식도 재정립이 필요한 바,
2025년 10월과 12월에 진행된 1･2차 토론회에 이어 상임위원회 역량을 끌어 올리는 실행계획과 제도로의 방향을 모색하고 실행력을 제고할 수 있는 제도･조직･운영 체계를 도출하는 3차 정책토론회가 2026년 2월에 개최되었다.
